Detek services
At Detek Systems, we provide full installation, servicing and maintenence options. We aim to provide the highest quality of support to suit your needs. All our employees are trained to our high standards and are qualified to all necessary Government Building Recommendations. They are qualified in Installation, Servicing and Commissioning work and are capable of working either by themselves or within a group to ensure the equipment is installed to the highest standards.
Installation
We offer a complete and professional Installation Service for all our product range and are pleased to give quotations for any requirements that may be needed.
We also employ a number of companies that have been trained to install our equipment and that we feel confident will represent us in the manner we feel appropriate. These companies are used only when we are very busy or when the installation is a great distance from our headquarters.
A Detak Systems representative will always complete the commissioning and therefore supply the guarantee for the work done. This means that any problems that may occur the guarantee will always be with Detek Systems Limited.
Servicing
We offer complete servicing for all our product range and many other manufactures systems. Whether we have Installed the equipment or not, we will service any of our products or systems and provide the customer with a one year guarantee for parts, materials and labour. Should a problem arise during the guarantee period, we will, within 48 hours, send a representative to repair or replace the faulty product free of charge.
Should we service another manufacturers system, we will provide a one year guarantee which will include materials and labour, but only the parts that can be provided by Detak Systems. Any faulty parts required, that have to be purchased from another manufacturer, will be charged.
Commissioning
We offer a complete commissioning service for all our product range whether we have Installed the system or not. After we have commissioned the system, we will supply a one year guarantee for parts, materials and labour.
Should a problem arise during the guarantee period, We will, within 48 hours, send a representative to replace the faulty product free of charge. We will only perform a commission of their products or systems after the initial Installation. If the product or system has been Installed for any length of time, we will only offer a servicing service.
